I am an Assistant Professor of Real Estate Management at Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University.
I am also a Senior Research Fellow at the Ryerson Urban Analytics Institute.
My research focuses on using econometric tools to understand the relationship between housing and credit markets. My primary research interest centers on Real Estate Economics, Housing Policy, Household Finance, and Consumer Bankruptcies and Default.
Prior to joining Ryerson, I was a Senior Specialist in Research and Innovation Division of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
I received my Ph.D. in Applied Economics from HEC Montreal.
